BICÚSPIDES, S.L. PRIVACY POLICY

Due to the importance that BICÚSPIDES places on personal data privacy, we have described the criteria which govern our Privacy Policy which explain how we treat personal information when the products, services and websites offered on our Portal are used.

Information collection.

a) Request for personal data: In order to provide the services offered by BICÚSPIDES we require a series of basic and essential details. These details are: Name, surname(s), ID number, e-mail address, home address, telephone number and professional title. For some services, such as the acquisition of vouchers, a credit card is required or another type of payment account information, which will be stored encrypted in secure servers. Whenever a user’s credit card number is requested it will be encoded and password protected so that only the user can access this personal information, and the client will be the only person responsible for keeping his password secret. Upon accepting this Agreement, the User will be notified about how these details will be collected. Likewise, a series of additional details may be requested (such as date of birth, gender, profession and personal interests) for the provision of certain services, which will be collected for information, training and commercialisation purposes of the services offered. Such details will be voluntary and when the user accepts the agreement, he will be informed of the non-obligatory nature of the data collected for the provision of services. Nevertheless, the non-provision of such data may prevent the provision of all those services linked to this data.

b) Use of Cookies: the user understands and accepts the use of “cookie” technology when he browses the web pages of the Portal, and may configure his browser to notify him and to prevent the installation of “cookies” on his hard drive (please see the instructions and manual for your browser for additional and comprehensive information on this issue). To use the Portal, the User does not need to allow the installation of cookies. However, the cookies do make it possible to record certain preferences and registration details of the User in order to promote products and services quicker and with greater efficiency. Cookies will also help to create publicity according to the profile of users, based on the information collected via them.

c) Registration or access information (Log): We hereby inform you that our servers record the information that your browser sends, when accessing a web page. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address, type of search engine, language of the search engine, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that can uniquely identify your search engine.

d) Access to associated websites and links: BICÚSPIDES may offer its services in connection with other associated websites. The personal information provided to these websites may be sent to BICÚSPIDES to be able to provide the services offered and this information will be processed in accordance with this policy. Since associated websites may have a different privacy policy, users are recommended to read the privacy rules of these sites. The links that BICÚSPIDES may display, may allow us to verify if these links have been followed. This process may be carried out on behalf of ourselves to provide our own services, or representing and on behalf of third parties, such as our advertising partners, according to their instructions. Changes to the Privacy Policy -BICÚSPIDES reserves the right to unilaterally modify its privacy policy at any time and without prior warning. These changes will not diminish users’ rights and you will be duly informed of them.

The rights to access, correct, oppose and cancel the personal data collected may be exercised by Users, and as appropriate, by their representatives by written and signed request, which contains the following details: name, surname(s) of the client, registered address for the purposes of notifications, photocopy of Spanish ID document or passport, and the details of the request, sent to the following address:
